How to Locate the Serial Number: eBidet or eToilet
All Moen eBidets and eToilets are assigned a Serial Number during production. This number is required for product registration and when contacting Moen about your product. You may locate multiple tags on the product, the Serial Number tag is easily identifiable as it only contains numbers.
