Symptom Resolution
24/7 Leak: Leaks constantly from the spray wand when the water is turned off.  The cartridge would need to be replaced. This part is responsible for controlling the water flow. There are a variety of cartridges used in Moen faucets, these are not interchangeable with each other.

Spray Wand Leak: When the water is turned on, you see the water leaking from around the button (3 and 4)  or from the spray wand body (5).  The spray wand would need to be replaced.The spray wands are unique to the specific Moen model installed. A model number would be required to order this part.  
Spray Wand Leak: Water comes out of the spray wand port (1) when using an Unfiltered Water (2). The spray wand would need to be replaced.The spray wands are unique to the specific Moen model installed. A model number would be required to order this part. 
Spray Wand Leak: Water comes out of the unfiltered nozzles (2) when using the Filtered Water(1). The spray wand would need to be replaced.The spray wands are unique to the specific Moen model installed. A model number would be required to order this part.
