Recommended Solution-Water can leak from various areas. A handle leak can puddle onto the tub deck making it appear to be a leak at the base of the spout. You will want to confirm the water on the tub deck is not a handle leak. You can test for a handle leak by wrapping a paper towel around the handle(s) and turning on the Deck Mounted Tub Fillers.
