Shower Faucet: Leaking Issues- Moentrol with Integrated Transfer Valve

This article provides information on the most common causes of leaking issues with a vertical spa system 3320, 3330 or 3350 Moentrol with Integrated Transfer Valve. This will include continuous leaks and only when using the shower system.

Symptom		Solution
Continuous Leaking 24/7	The shower system continues running or dripping 24/7 with the handle in the off position.	Repair the lower handle cartridge using the 92451 or 1225 cartridge.
Water leaks from around one of the handles	When the water is turned on and you see water coming out from around the upper or lower handle.	Replace the cartridge for the handle that is leaking: Upper Diverter Cartridge: 3350 Two Function Cartridge: 162154 3320, 3330 Three Function Cartridge: 116719 Lower Temperature/Flow Cartridge: 92451 or 1225 cartridge
Water leaks from one device while using other device	Water leaks from shower device while running independent functions after diverting it to the other shower device.	Replace the upper diverter cartridge: 3350 Two Function Cartridge: 162154 3320, 3330 Three Function Cartridge: 116719
