Moen Sensor Flush Valve Prior to 2016: 

 

Symptom: The Moen Sensor Flush Valve is continuously running or it will only deliver a trickle of water when the sensor is engaged. 

Solution: There are two Solution options depending if a "clicking" noise is heard when the user moves out of the sensor range. 

Option 1: Click not Detected
  1. Replace the batteries.
  2. Depress the Reset button (A) located near the Dip Switch (B).

  1. If a click is not detected after performing the above steps, replace the Solenoid with Service Kit 104435

Option 2: Click Detected
  1. Replace the Piston Tip with Service Kit 104537 (10 per package)
  2. Install fresh batteries. 
  3. Depress the Reset button (A) located near the Dip Switch (B).
