M-Power Foam Soap Dispenser Failure to Dispense
Symptom: The Moen M-Power Foam Soap Dispenser is not discharging foam soap from the spout tip and multiple actuations are required for the foam soap to dispense.
Cause: Infrequent use of the Moen M-Power Foam Soap Dispenser.
Solution: There are two Solution options, Re-prime the Foam Soap Dispenser or Service Kit 209471, see below for details.

Option 1: Re-prime the Moen Soap Dispenser Pump
Moen recommends “re-priming” the Foam Soap Dispenser by activating the sensor multiple times without product ("dry pumping"). Up to 20 sensor activations may be required to fully restore prime.

Option 2: Service Kit 209471
As an alternate option, many Consumers have opted to install the Commercial Soap Tube, O-Ring Barb and Net Service Kit, 209471. For detailed installation instructions, see INS10519a
