Clearing Alerts

HOW DO I CLEAR AN ALERT?

Alerts can be cleared from your Flo by Moen App or the User Portal.

To clear an alert from your Flo by Moen App, tap on the Alerts banner on the home screen, tap on the alert you would like to clear, and then tap on "Clear Alert". To clear an alert in the User Portal, click on the Alerts tab, select the pending alert you would like to clear, and then click on "I'm on it, clear the alert".

Sometimes Alerts may be automatically or self-cleared by the system. For example, in the event of an Extended Water Use alert (when water has been running consistently for an excessive period of time), if the water stops being used after the alert is sent, the system may self-clear the alert as it no longer requires User attention.
