Managing Alerts

This article contains information relevant to the Moen Flo App, which was formerly known as the Moen Smart Water Network app, Moen Smart Water app, Moen app, and Flo by Moen app.

To manage any email or text alerts provided by your Smart Sprinkler Controller, follow the instructions below:
1. Open the Moen Flo application and tap the Smart Sprinkler Controller icon
2. From the Overview page, navigate to the Settings tab, and tap Notifications tile within the Settings area.
The Notifications page displays with for Critical Alerts, Warning Alerts, and Information Alerts that can be edited for the user's purposes
