How To: Provide Fixture Feedback
The Flo system will automatically categorize your water usage in the App, but you can help make the system more accurate by providing feedback. The system will automatically be able to learn based on the feedback you provide. You may approve the system’s assignment or reassign water events by doing the following.
Providing feedback for correct water event fixture labels is important too, not just when it is incorrect. The more you correctly identify your fixtures, the smarter your Shutoff will become over time. This article will walk you step by step on how to provide fixture feedback in the Moen Smart Water Network App and Flo by Moen App. This feature is not available on user.meetflo.com.
Updates based on your feedback can take as long as 7 days but rest assured that the feedback is coming and will be automatically updated.
Provide Fixture Feedback
Please note, most users are on the Moen Smart Water Network App. The Flo by Moen App is being sunsetted. Moen will contact current users when it is their time to convert to the Moen Smart Water Network App.

Open the Moen Smart Water Network App, tap your Flo Shutoff device. |
Open the Flo by Moen App, scroll down and tap Fixtures |
From the Flo Shutoff device home page, tap History.

To access individual fixture events, click on View More Details at the bottom of the Fixtures tab. |
Tap on the down arrow near the Fixture Name that you want to provide feedback on. |

Here you will see each individual water event, the time of day it occurred, the duration of the event, and the gallons spent. If a recent water usage event has been improperly assigned, tap on the event you would like to confirm or change to a different fixture. |

If you tapped Wrong Fixture, select the fixture that the event should have been marked as. (in this example the feedback was that the event marked as toilet actually came from the hose). Tap Confirm. |
