What is Reverse Osmosis?

Reverse osmosis uses air pressure to force water through a semipermeable membrane. As a result, only water molecules can pass through the membrane’s numerous microscopic pores, which have a pore size of roughly 0.0001 microns.

This process can effectively reduce microscopic water impurities, including chlorine, phosphate, nickel, sulfate, mercury, lead, barium, calcium, arsenic, sodium, nitrates, and others. Reverse osmosis filtration can even help eliminate microplastics sometimes found in tap water.
