Separate Handle and Separate Spout Faucets
A Separate Handle faucet will have a lever handle mounted in a separate hole next to the water spout. The faucet may or may not have a side sprayer installed next to the faucet.

Identify your Handle Style: Moen produces a variety of Separate Handle Separate Spout faucets. They are not assembled or repaired the same way. The articles below are listed based on the internal handle parts. To choose the correct articles you will want to identify your handle style.

#1 Flat Cap Style

#2 Plug Button Style

 The handle rotation is less than 180 degrees. 

Model 7065 transitioned to the Direct Connect 1255 in 2009.

Direct Connect 4000

This handle will have an opening on the back for the set screw. Handle rotation is less than 180 degrees.

The faucet will have rigid copper supply lines.

Direct Connect 1255 (2015)

This handle will have an opening on the back for the set screw. Handle rotation is less than 180 degrees.

Model 7065 transitioned to the Direct Connect 1255 in 2009.

The faucet will have flexible supply lines.
